  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Items returned after the eligible return period has expired.
  • Products returned with missing parts or components.
  • Returns submitted without prior return authorization, where applicable.
  • Claims submitted without an uncut unboxing video clearly showing the product and the reported issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • A clear description of the issue.
  • An uncut unboxing video that clearly shows the package being opened and the product with the reported issue.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as Tailzo is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Non-Refundable Charges

Original shipping charges are not applicable because Tailzo offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Any return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is approved due to our error.
